He is Passionate about youth development, education, Health and Climate Action. With over a decade of experience working with youth in the field of social investment, education, career guidance and couching. He is aimed to positively affect youth throughout different stages of life.
He is a Global Captain and a social investment consultant with focus on Health and education, volunteerism and mentorship, sustainability and sustainable development advocacy.
He is the Co-Founder of Captain Centre, an NGO in education, sustainability and sustainable development advocacy. The organization has been at the forefront of development at the Regional, National and International level, advocating for quality education for the less privileged, promoting climate action and sustainability policy adherence by small scale businesses.
He is the Co-Founder and Lead Consultant for Captain Schools, a social enterprise in education, providing free tuition private basic education for orphans, children with single parents and the low-income households in the Ahanta west municipality of the western region of Ghana. The school envision to contribute towards poverty alleviation through education. This is in fulfilment UN Agenda 2030, Sustainable Development Goal Four (4). As a skilful negotiator and fundraiser, he has mobilised resources from partners in all continents of the world to support major grassroots initiatives, among his notable projects are the Captain Schools, the Back to Nature, 1million tress 2020-2030 and WASH &Sustainable Energy centre, a 12 seater Bio-Latrine with two safe spaces for girls, executed in partnership with the Australian High Commission Ghana.
He successfully launched the Back to Nature, 1 million tress 2020-2030 project that sought to tackle the Global Climate change challenge heads-on by mobilizing the youth and stakeholders to plant 1 million trees in Ghana from 2020-2030. The project is hosted in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region of Ghana
He is the Founder Millennial SDGs Summit: A platform that sought to mobiles the youth to advocate for and inculcate the Sustainable Development Goals in their businesses, work and lifestyle towards sustainable development. The platform also sought to mobilize the youth to volunteer on community development projects with the vision of making a difference in our society
He envisions to accelerate the African youth and start-up development through the pairing of 100,000 mentors by 2030 through the support of the National Mentoring Network and other key stakeholders.
He believes that, the support and guidance of young people in Africa and the sustainable development of professionals is in need of a broader approach, going beyond institutions, structures and sectors. Mentoring answers this needs, being a personal, powerful and customized intervention.
